Swimmers! Please remember to bring a water bottle to practice. The Sportsplex is very warm and you do sweat while swimming- you just dont feel it! Drinking water before, during, and after practices are essential! Also, dont forget to eat something small before practice- toast, banana, granola bar are great options. [...]
